Gallery Rentals

Waverly Street Gallery provides a unique setting for receptions. parties, and events.  Your guests can enjoy a beautiful space with the added benefit of viewing original fine art by our 21 members.  During warmer months, the north side of the gallery may be opened to an outdoor courtyard which is available for additional space.

Price Scale and Procedures

Private/Commercial  Groups:             $120 per hour

Arts/Education/Non-Profit Groups:      $60 per hour       

General Information

A Partner or designee must be on site during leasee's use of the space.
Alcoholic beverages can be served but not sold.
Tenant is responsible for returning premises to a neat and clean condition satisfactory to Waverly Street Gallery. 
Not available during regular gallery hours.
